A beaming William and Kate made an appearance with the newborn outside the hospital, with Prince William jokingly telling the press, "He's got her looks, thankfully." In August, the first official photographs of the couple with baby George taken by grandfather Michael Middleton were released and the parents held a private rechristening of the new prince in October.
