Jurassic World, which star Indian actors.

Bhoomiyilenghanumundo,
Koodu Vaykkan,
Pakalppaathi Chaari and
Yaathra Manoradhamerum are songs from
Jalam fighting for a spot in the category, as mentioned on the official website of the awards.
The film stars Priyanka Nair, Prakash Bare and is directed by M Padmakumar.
As many as seven songs from
Salt Bridge, which stars Rajeev Khandelwal and Usha Jadhav, have made it to the long list.
Two Kannada films
Rangitaranga and
Care of Footpath 2, which stars television actress Avika Gor along with actors Esha Deol and Deep Pathak, are among the 305 movies that made it to the list of eligible movies for the 88th Academy Awards.

Colin Trevorrow's
Jurassic World, also part of the list, saw Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan in a pivotal role.
The final awards nominations will be announced on January 14, 2016 and the ceremony will be held on held on February 28 at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
