The day after model Diandra Soares' eviction and actress Karishma Tanna's spat with Bigg Boss host, actor Salman Khan, was filled with new drama, as expected.(Also Read: Salman Khan Storms Off as Karishma Tanna Cries at Joke)
Actor Upen Patel became the new trouble-maker on the controversial reality show. The actor, who has so far been seen playing fair and had managed to keep his temper under check even when provoked, lost his cool with co-contestant Gautam Gaulati.(Also Read: Diandra Soares Calls Gautam Gulati a 'Mama's Boy' After Eviction)
Bigg Boss started the nomination procedure for the next week, and asked the contestants to come to the confession room in pairs and nominate one person after deciding mutually. Actress Sonali Raut and RJ Pritam went first, followed by Karishma and Puneet Issar and then Ali Quli MIrza and Praneet Bhatt.
Gautam and Upen went last and all hell broke loose when they couldn't decide on a single candidate. Both actors accused each other of being prejudiced.
After the argument, Gautam passed sarcastic comments about Upen's stardom and hummed Upen's song
Ashiqui Main Teri. This irked Upen to the extent that he stormed out of the confession room, abusing Gautam for trying to insult him.
Meanwhile, Gautam controlled his temper and told
Bigg Boss that his intention was not to incite Upen.
Bigg Boss then summoned Upen to complete the nomination procedure, which he refused to do. Upen entered the confession room after much persuasion by fellow contestants and multiple summons from
Bigg Boss.
Upen had so-far maintained a very cool temperament and played his game smartly.
Meanwhile, Dimpy Mahajan struggled to fulfil her duty as the captain of the house as she was unable to convince Upen, Karishma and Sonali to get on with their respective duties.
