  • "Whatever I thought of, I have been able to do exactly that in my life. It is not every day that people get so lucky in their life as well as career," Rana said.
  • He started his career with the television serial Swabhimaan, followed by Farz, Saazish, Kabhi Kabhi, Waris and anchored the TV show, Baazi Kiski.
  • Rana is mostly offered roles of antagonists in movies, particularly that of a killer. And in some movies like Zakhm and Ghulam he has played supporting roles as well. He has acted in film down South and is known as Jeeva there.
