'The Great Khali', whose original name is Dalip Singh Rana, was in Ludhiana, Punjab to have dinner with the Deputy Speaker Satpal Gosain when a huge crowd of supporters gathered outside to catch a glimpse of the Bigg Boss star.
"The fans became restless in a bid to click photographs of Khali," police inspector Surinder Mohan informs.
"In the melee, some unidentified person fired in the air. Splinters of the bullet hit two people, one sustained a shoulder injury while the other had minor bruises," he added.
