Brunette beauty Kim Kardashian - who is set to welcome her first child in early July with her boyfriend Kanye West - is said to be considering having a tummy tuck surgery to help her regain her pre-pregnancy figure as soon as possible.
The reality TV star's aunt Joan Kardashian told Now magazine in Toronto, Canada: "[Kim Kardashian] can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears. Other than her belly, which is rather flat, every other part of her body has ballooned. And this is Kim holding to a strict diet. Imagine if she let herself go? The family's trying to convince Kim to relax and not worry about losing the weight months from now."
Kim previously admitted she expects to put on significant amount of weight during her pregnancy but she insisted she has been feeling good despite experiencing some pain recently, which led her to seek medical treatment.
She recently said: "It's a little painful at times. I've gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It's getting a little more difficult."
It was recently revealed that Kim's boyfriend Kanye West and mother Kris Jenner have been urging her to slow down during her pregnancy, during which she has been working out almost daily.
The rapper, 35, who has been dating Kim for almost a year, is a huge fan of her growing curves and just wants her to be healthy.
An insider said: "He loves it. He loves everything about Kim - pregnant, not pregnant, skinny, big. There isn't one thing about her that he doesn't love."
