- VJ-turned-actor Purab Kohli who will be seen in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa says that he participated in the show to learn different dance forms.

- "I signed up for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in order to take formal training in different dance forms that are challenging and that will get me to push my limits to become a performer at international dance forms, especially Tango," Purab said in a statement here.
- He attempted to excel in dancing when he first took up Salsa under the expert guidance of Shiamak Davar some years back.
- Purab has also requested his choreographer Mohina to incorporate Salsa and Tango moves wherever possible.
- The show will be judged by filmmaker Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and choreographer-director Remo D'Souza. Popular TV actress Drashti Dhami, who was the last season's winner, will host the show along with actor Ranvir Shorey.
- Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, likely to begin in June, will be aired on Colors.
