Rohit Roy says he believes in human emotions

  • The 44-year-old, who was seen in TV shows like Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand and Swabhimaan, said that he wants to make a love story as he believes in human emotions.
  • "I feel that love stories always do well. I believe in human emotions. I will never be able to make a Chennai Express. It was a super hit film and I enjoyed it, but I don't have the sensibility to make that. I have a talent with people, I like people and enjoy love," he said.
  • Rohit said that he also had plans to direct the remake of Shaukeen but the film was shelved as there was some confusion with director Basu Chatterjee on the rights of the film.
  • "I was supposed to make Shaukeen and we even bought the rights for it. But Basu Da had an oversight and he sold the rights to someone else. So the film got shelved," he said.
  • The actor will now be seen hosting reality show Bachelorette India - Mere Khayalon ki Mallika that will go on air October 7 on Life Ok.
