In an official statement, the makers confirmed that the remake, which will be made by Anil Kanneganti, will officially go on floors on December 12. The film will be produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of Pixel Dreams India and released by Anil Sunkara. Neram featured Nivin Pauly in the lead role
