Hamari Adhuri Kahani has well-etched characters but it's cliched and archaic

If you were hoping that animation films would come of age with this purported epic, you are in for a disappointment. Though the characters from the Mahabharat have faces and voices of the biggest stars, the images do not add up to a compelling canvas. Not by a wide margin.
"With every film you have hopes. I see hits and flops as part of career. It is not possible to have only hit or flop films. I don't think there is a need to resurrect my career in any way," said Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan is reportedly upset because of the sudden release of the Hindi version of Malayalam film Urumi in which she did a cameo role six years ago. The posters however suggest that Vidya has a full-fledged role in the film, which she thinks can be misleading for fans.
Actress Vidya Balan said that she wants to explore her 'dark side' and is on the hunt for "good scripts" that allow her to do that, at a recent book launch event in Mumbai. The Kahaani star, who will next be seen with Amitabh Bachchan in Te3n, said: "It was wonderful working with Big B."
Vidya Balan launched author Piyush Jha's book Raakshas at an event in Mumbai on December 11. The actress, who is a bookworm, said that initially, she was only sent the first three chapters of the book by the author. Vidya also revealed that she found it so intriguing that she arrived at the book launch.
