Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, who cancelled his birthday plans, in light of the Chennai floods, will be honoured with Padma Vibhushan on December 13. Saira Banu, his actress-wife said: "Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will honour Dilip saab two days after his birthday."
