The trailer of actor Akshay Kumar's upcoming film
Airlift gave his wife Twinkle Khanna goosebumps. The film is inspired by the 1990 evacuation of over a lakh Indians from a Kuwait under attack.
After Akshay unveiled the film's trailer, Twinkle tweeted:
In the two-minute long trailer, Akshay, 48, is seen as an influential businessman who has made many enemies in Kuwait. It gives a sneak peek of the time when Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990 and evacuation of over a lakh Indians was carried out from a Kuwait under attack. (Also Read:

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the film also stars Nimrat Kaur. It is slated to release on January 22 next year.
