A still from Margarita, With a Straw.

The song focuses on the theme of film, which is Laila's willingness to explore and live her life to the fullest - to love and be loved

As Kalki Koechlin's Margarita, With a Straw battles resistance from the Central Board of Film Certification, the makers released the song Foreign Balamwa, guaranteed to win hearts.
Kalki stars as Laila, a young wheelchair-bound girl with cerebral palsy who wants to love and be loved.
In the music video of Foreign Balamwa, Laila flirting with guys, gives others 'attitude,' blushes when addressed by her crush and smiles timidly when she is told she is 'beautiful'. There is unrequited love, there is also joy.
Foreign Balamwa is composed by Mikey McCleary, written by Prasoon Joshi and sung by Sonu Kakkar. (Also Read: Films like Margarita, With a Straw Need Support More Than Business, Says Kalki)
