Actor Amitabh Bachchan, who will feature in Shoojit Sircar's next project, said that he loves working with the filmmaker.
Shoojit has collaborated with his partner Ronnie Lahiri under the banner of Rising Sun Films for the film, which will be directed by National Award winner Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.
"Working with Shoojit and his team is always a pleasure. When I heard this story, I was drawn to it immediately. It has got a social message subtly woven into an engaging story. Being a part of such important stories satisfies me," Big B said in a statement.
Shoojit directed Mr Bachchan in Piku, which released this year.
"Aniruddha's story was so compelling that I wanted to make this film immediately. We also wanted to make it in Hindi. Like me, he would also love to make all his films with Mr Bachchan if he had a chance. Naturally, he took the script to him and is both honoured and exhilarated that he has agreed. For us, it's a brilliant start already," said Shoojit.(Also Read: Amitabh Bachchan is Collaborating With His Piku Director Again)
