The trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film Ramleela was released on Monday (September 16, 2013).

- Sanjay, on his part, says, "This is a very special film for me... I made it for my mother."
- He is thankful to leading lady Deepika Padukone for playing her part brilliantly and also to Ranveer Singh, the male lead of the movie.
- "I loved the trailer of Ramleela, isn't it wonderful. I love all his (Sanjay) films and I also liked Bela's Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi," Leela Bhansali said.
- "I am looking forward to the song Ramji Ki Chaal, it is wonderful. After listening to it, I feel I want to get up and dance," she added.
- The film is a romantic drama set in Gujarat and also has a special song, which has been picturised on Priyanka Chopra. It is set to release in November this year.
