Mahima Chaudhary to make comeback as actress-gangster Archana Sharma

The untitled film is an adaptation of S S Hussain Zaidi's book ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’

  • "We felt Mahima was perfect for the film. We have worked on her physical appearances. She had to gain eight to ten kgs as she has to look plump in some portions of the film," Ranjan said.
  • The film also stars Rahul Dev, who reportedly plays the role of gangster Babloo Srivastava. The other characters in the film include Sudhanshu Pandey and Govind Namdev.
  • Ranjan feels it is a challenge to make a biopic and he is leaving no stone unturned for the film.
  • Thirty percent of the film has been shot in Mumbai, Dubai and Nepal. The second schedule will begin from September.
  • Ranjan is directing as well producing the film, which he intends to release next year.
