New Delhi: The black hole of silence left by the lack of an apology from actor Salman Khan for his 'raped woman' comment is being filled by Bigg Boss alumnus Pooja Bedi, who continues to tweet absurdities.

On Thursday, she discharged a shot at feminists and media, because these are apparently the only people outraging against the actor:

We predict this won't be her last tweet of the day. Here are her posts till Wednesday evening:

She also tweeted this in response to one of the several comments calling her out.

Salman Khan, 50, has been summoned by the National Commission of Women for describing the shattering effects of filming his movie Sultan's wrestling scenes in these terms: "When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn't walk straight."

Ms Bedi apart, the actor's family and colleagues such as Nawazuddin Siddiqui have excused his remark by insisting that it was not ill-intentioned. Salman's brother Arbaaz added an inappropriate analogy of his own to Pooja Bedi's 'fat as an elephant' one - "There are some things which we say while talking but we should look at the intention - why was it said? I definitely have no doubt that whatever Salman said, the intention was not wrong. It was just the kind of (statement) where we compare things - 'I worked like a donkey' so now people will say you used the word donkey so some animal activist will come after you," he said.

Salman Khan has not apologized so far.
