Priyanka Chopra: I Went on a Crash Diet For Dil Dhadakne Do

Priyanka says Mary Kom look posed a problem for her other projects

I had to work for it. I ahd to go on a crash diet and lose shape," Priyanka told reporters at the trailer launch of Mary Kom.
  • Dil Dhadakne Do will also feature actors Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah among others. The film revolves around a dysfunctional family on a cruise trip and is scheduled to release on June 5 next year.
  • Priyanka also revealed that her Mary Kom look posed a problem for her item song in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela. "He had told me I cannot shoot in this shape for the song. I put sleeves (on choli) to avoid looking muscular," she said.
