Actress Priyanka Chopra says her film Mary Kom is piece of her heart and she thanks friends and family for making it a successful venture.
Mary Kom won the Best Popular Film at the 62nd National Film Awards presented by President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday.
The actress took to her micro-blogging website Twitter to share the news calling the film "a piece of my heart".
The Fashion actress also thanked the cast, crew and the production unit of the film.
In the biopic on real-life boxing champion MC Mary Kom, Priyanka played a fearless woman who becomes an icon through her determined pursuit of excellence in sports.
Priyanka, who is inspired by the boxing champion, has also credited the award to 'womanhood.'
