  • Jiah was found hanging in her Mumbai home on the night of June 3. Her ex-boyfriend and aspiring actor Suraj Pancholi, son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, has been arrested and charged with abetting the 25-year-old starlet's suicide. A six-page letter written by Jiah was found addressed to an unnamed former or current boyfriend.
  • Jiah made her debut with Ram Gopal Varma's Nishabd opposite Amitabh Bachchan in 2007. She later appeared with Aamir Khan in Ghajini.
