Mumbai: Actor Sikander Kher said that he does not feel pressurized to prove himself.

"Any big personality's son will feel pressurized on some level. For example, Arjun Tendulkar, who is the son of cricketer Sachin Tendulkar will have that pressure when he grows up. Abhishek Bachchan is also compared to Amitabh Bachchan," Sikander told PTI.

"I am Anupam and Kirron Kher's son. So, I will be compared to that level of acting (of the couple). There is a bar that you have to live up to but one needs to enjoy life," the 34-year-old actor added.

Sikander made his debut in Bollywood with Woodstock Villa. He has also featured in films like Summer 2007, Players and Aurangzeb. After almost three years, Sikander returned to the silver screen this year with Tere Bin Laden: Dead Or Alive.

According to him, there are a couple of things that went wrong with his career in Bollywood.

"I think it's a mixture of a lot of things like choices, kismet (fate) and time. It is all about getting up and doing your best and not losing hope," said Sikander.

Sikander will be seen next in Anil Kapoor's much awaited television show 24.

"I have 24 and then I have done an international television show called Sense 8 and some other projects. In Bollywood, there are few other things in the pipeline but nothing has been finalised yet," he said.
