We know that Nitara's words are true because Twinkle let a trail of posts on Instagram which corroborates Nitara's answers. For example here Twinkle admitted she was "chained" to the desk on a weekend:

In another slightly related story, Twinkle Khanna announced on Twitter that she's been calling little Nitara 'Katappa' all day after watching S S Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Conclusion. Now, Nitara doesn't resemble Katappa (played by actor Sathyaraj) and Twinkle confessed: "perhaps I am a bit obsessed." She even thinks the character's name qualifies as a tongue twister of sorts.
