Michelle Obama tweeted: Happy birthday to the one and only, Queen Thank you for being a role model for young girls around the world. She signed off the tweet with 'mo', implying it came from the First Lady herself. Music royalty followed suit. Beyonce's friends and family created a playlist of her songs which was posted on her website

Everyone bows down to Queen Bey, even the First Lady of the United States of America. Michelle Obama wished the pop star on her 34th birthday and thanked her for being a 'role model' for young girls around the world. (Also Read: Bey, Quiet)

Beyonce's friends and family created a playlist of her songs which was posted on her website. Husband Jay-Z dedicated Coldplay's Yellow, saying, "This song reminds me of you and I on vacation. 'Look at the stars, look how they shine for you.' So many legendary nights. It represents vulnerability; it's us in our own world, away from work and totally lost in love. 'For you, I'll bleed myself dry.'"
Her daughter Blue Ivy gifted her with a a hand-drawn picture captioned," "#1 Mom."
