Canadian musician and poet Leonard Cohen, hailed as one of the
most visionary artistes of his generation, died at age 82, on Thursday. A statement from his team was posted on his Facebook page.
On Twitter, celebrities and dignitaries paid tribute to Mr Cohen. Some quoted lyrics from his songs, and other grieved the loss of a great artiste.
