SRK and Kajol in a still from Janam Janam from Dilwale

New Delhi: Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol do a Raj Kapoor and Nargis as they dance in the rain in Janam Janam, the latest song from their upcoming film Dilwale. The hashtag #JanamJanam started trending on Twitter soon after the song released on Thursday.

The romantic number, which has been scored by Pritam and sung by Arijit Singh, beautifully captures the chemistry between one of Bollywood's most romantic jodis. The song also offers occasional glimpses of the younger versions of the characters played by SRK and Kajol. Gerua, the first track released from the Rohit Shetty-directed film, was reminiscent of Yash Chopra's films because of the snowcapped landscape and scenic locales. Janam Janam has a more vintage look.

Dilwale releases on December 18 - the same day as Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Bajirao Mastani, starring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. The film reunites SRK and Kajol five years after My Name Is Khan.
