Actress Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli got married in Tuscany, Italy on Monday in a traditional Hindu ceremony. The couple's wedding wardrobe in-charge was designer Sabyasachi Mukehrjee, who shared several stunning pictures from the nuptial events starting with a mehendi ceremony followed by engagement and then the final lap - the gorgeous day wedding.
"Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever," Anushka and Virat said in their joint statement, posted separately on their respective social media handles with a picture of their favourite moment. This was Virat's best moment.
For Anushka, Sabyasachi designed a lehenga with "renaissance embroidery in vintage English colours." For Virat, he chose an ivory raw silk sherwani with benarasi pattern hand-embroidery.
