Kanche Trailer is 'Very Impressive,' Says SS Rajamouli

New Delhi: The first trailer of Telugu film Kanche shows actor Varun Tej juggling his duties as a World War II soldier and his beloved, played by Pragya Jaiswal.

Actor Nikitin Dheer, who will make his Telugu debut with the film, is the third angle in Varun and Pragya's love story. As per the trailer, he is not there to make Varun's life easy on the battlefield either. Nikitin was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's Chennai Express as kabab mein haddi Thangaballi. (Also Read: Kanche 'Most Ambitious Film' of Director Krish's Career)

Baahubali director SS Rajamouli, who launched Kanche's trailer, complimented it on Twitter:

Kanche director Krish's last film was the Bollywood offering Gabbar Is Back, starring Akshay Kumar. Kanche is slated to release on October 2.
