The director of a TV serial has been booked for allegedly trying to molest a young woman for the last one month when she was called to a hotel near Mathura about a role in the serial.
"The young woman was allegedly called by Director Mahendra Deo of a TV serial in the hotel between February 26 to March 12 on the allurement that she would be offered a role in the serial," an FIR filed by her mother, said.
The details will be known after investigation. "The address of the director would be traced from the hotel and then action would be taken," police said.
