Kumkum Bhagya, December 21, Written Update: Tanu Fails To Execute Her Evil Plans, All Thanks To Purab

New Delhi: The Kumkum Bhagya episode on December 20 opened with Tanu serving drink to Abhi. After having the drink, in which Tanu had mixed a tablet, Abhi said that he wanted to inform daadi about his stay in Lonavala. Tanu stopped Abhi from calling daadi and said that she received a call from his house and informed that daadi is fine. Meanwhile, Purab's secretary, went to Tanu and Abhi's room to stop the Tanu from executing her evil plans. However, Tanu did not open the door. The secretary further informed Purab and Pragya, who were on their way to Lonavala that Tanu had strictly ordered the hotel staff not to disturb them.

In a change of scene later, Purab and Tanu's car broke down. Pragya then told Purab that they won't reach on time. Abhi, who was perturbed by Tanu's odd behaviour refrained her from getting close to him and asked her for another drink. Tanu then mixed two-three sleeping pills in his drink. Abhi meanwhile started missing Pragya and recalled how she takes care of him.

Tanu then tried to seduce Abhi, who was in an inebriated state because of the pills. Pragya further panicked about getting late in reaching Lonavala, but Purab, who had earlier called at an unknown number asked Pragya to relax as nothing wrong would happen.

Meanwhile, police entered the hotel and raided their room and asked what is happening between Abhi and Tanu. Abhi, who is under the influence of alcohol refused to admit that Tanu is his fiancee. Police then interrogated Tanu and took both of them to the police station. Tanu called herself Abhi's wife, however, the police refused to trust her.

Alia, who's at home eagerly wanted to call Tanu to ask her about the plan. However, she later thought that Tanu shouldn't be disturbed and hence slept off.

In the last scene, Purab revealed to Pragya that he had called the police to stop Tanu in executing her plans.
