"When I read the script, it was like a spicy spin on the story and portrayed Draupadi in a very funky way. Normally we see Draupadi as a strong courageous woman. Here she is funny and playing a character like this, was really amusing," said Aditi Rao Hydari
"The team will head to Kashmir to shoot some important sequences this month-end. They were supposed to go earlier but due to the delay in the completion of the first schedule, it had to be postponed," says a source
"People want a good story, good character and that's important. It's fun and exciting to do different parts, different cinema. For me, it is all about telling different stories," said Aditi Rao Hydari
"On Sunday, the Ooty schedule was wrapped up. The team will take a short break and then head to Kashmir next. In Kashmir, the team plans to shoot a song and a few important scenes," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
"Vipin Sharma has joined the sets in Ooty, and although it is not known yet what role he would be playing, he has already started shooting," a source close to Mani Ratnam told IANS.
Mani Ratnam will be reportedly filming the first schedule of the movie in Kashmir. In the film, Karthi plays a pilot and Aditi plays the role of a doctor. AR Rahman has scored music for the film. The film will be jointly produced by Madras Talkies and Thenandal Films
Aditi Rao Hydari made her debut in Bollywood with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Delhi 6 in 2008. She has featured in films like Yeh Saali Zindagi, Rockstar, Guddu Rangeela and Wazir
"Aditi has replaced Sai Pallavi. The exact reason is still unknown but it's believed that Pallavi had set aside her dates for another project and since this film was getting delayed, she had no other option than to exit," said a source
"Our lives are sometimes far more exciting on print then it actually is because we are working back to back, not sleeping, taking flights from here to there but you (media) attribute (it) as a very exciting life. I have been working here for five years and earlier I used to feel pressure as I was new to it. I was not from the film world"

"I am dying to do a film that is based on dance. I want to use my dance skills. I am a trained dancer. Wazir is obviously not about dance but a thriller mystery. I would love to do a film that is about dance, as I love to dance. I don't want to be stuck in a box as versatility is very important for me," said Aditi Rao Hydari
