Amitabh Bachchan will receive the Best Actor prize for his role in Shoojit Sircar's Piku, while Kangana Ranaut will take home the Best Actress trophy for her double role in Aanand L Rai's Tanu Weds Manu Returns. This is Mr Bachchan's fourth win and third for Kangana.
"It's a brilliant film. I have watched it. It completely deserves the best feature film honour. We should not question jury's decision as they are eminent," said Remo D'Souza. Director Gurvinder Singh had earlier questioned Baahubali's victory saying: "It is perhaps the worst film ever to have got a National Award"
