Kapil had to abruptly leave a successfully running show Comedy Nights With Kapil on Colors after a fallout with the channel
"There is no ill will, no hard feelings. They are professional people," Kapil Sharma claimed
"We all wanted to do something new and the result was everybody's sincere efforts. The show's success just happened on its own. The team worked really hard for it. Kapil is a very hardworking and honest man. He is in this position today because of his work and he deserves it," said Rajiv Dhingra
"There is a lot of faith and lot of trust with the team. There is a sense of comfort with the entire team. The show got over. Kapil started with another show and I think it was generous on the part of Kapil and his team that they wanted me to continue being a part of their team," Sumona said
"This time not a family. It would be more like a street where people are living. There will be different people coming in. Like how Palak and Gutthi used to come on the show, they were not family," Kiku Sharda revealed
"I wish to have Mr Narendra Modi on our new show. I was watching television recently and saw Mr Barack Obama on Ellen's show (on The Ellen DeGeneres Show) and it is great. We should also have politicians connecting with people," Kapil Sharma said
Krushna and Kapil haven't been the best of friends, since the time both were part of 'Comedy Circus' show. Krushna's show 'Comedy Nights Bachao' on Colors was talked about as one of the reasons for Kapil's displeasure with the channel
"It was a popular show (Comedy Nights with Kapil). It was not easy for viewers to digest another person on the show. We got mixed reactions initially but now the TRP is good. People (stars) are calling us and saying that they want to come on the show," said Krushna Abhishek
"We actors get so much attached when we do movies together for 45 or 50 days and they have been together for so many years, so one can understand the bonding. They were making everybody laugh, but they were crying from inside. We laughed so much during the shoot," said Akshay Kumar
