Dascha Polanco appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court on December 3, to face four counts of assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting 17-year-old Michelle Cardona. Ms Polanco's lawyer Gerald Lefcourt said that his client was set up, and that Michelle is trying to extract money from the actress
