The final season of the epic television series Game Of Thrones may not air before 2019
"If I could get them to do more, I would take 10 seasons, but we want to take their lead with what they can do and what the best version of the show is," HBO's programming chief Casey Bloys said.
"Now that winter has arrived on Game of Thrones, executive producers David Benioff and D B Weiss felt that the storylines of the next season would be better served by starting production a little later than usual, when the weather is changing," Casey Bloys, President, HBO Programming, said in a statement
Amanda Peet who is married to the showrunner, David Benioff, had threatened her husband with divorce if he killed Jon Snow. "I don't love my husband anymore. Jon Snow - I said, 'If you kill him, that's it'. I'm in the process of getting divorced. I'm not kidding"
