There has been speculation that the film, which also stars Sushant Singh Rajput, may be co-produced by Karan Johar and Salman Khan.

"I still face struggle. Even today, after Dishoom, I struggle, but the struggle is of different kind. The struggles are getting harder today because I am getting tougher on myself. The struggle is about being fitter, stronger and faster,"John said.

"To be an action hero, you have to look like an action hero and you need to have that physicality and look. People should be scared when you look at them. If you don't have that, then just dance and don't do action," said John Abraham

"I think Dishoom has got the action in it with me (my character), it's got the comedy in it with Varun (Varun Dhawan's character) and me. I think it's a very special film on that front," said John Abraham

"I don't know how to react, how do you react when you're in the air and you're just hanging off the helicopter and someone's asking me 'you're okay?' Honestly I faked the whole thing, because we have the action director in, so this is a two hero film. I'm a hero after all, so some confidence I have to show," Varun Dhawan said.

According to a press release, the costs added up because of what it took to film the scene in Morocco. Multiple choppers and trained fighters were used and a part of the crew comprised international artistes. The safety of everyone involved was taken care of by makers

"When I heard the script of Dishoom, the first thing that I told Sajid Nadiadwala and Rohit Dhawan was that Dishoom will go up to Dishoom 8 because this is a very young, action adventure franchise," said John Abraham

"I am a fan of action films like Charlies Angels and Star Wars. I would love to do films like these," said Jacqueline Fernandez

Varun will be seen next in Dishoom, which is being directed by his brother Rohit Dhawan. "I got injured while shooting for Dishoom. I was working with John Abraham on this film and it was a great experience as he is a proper action hero. He helped me a lot," said Varun Dhawan

Dishoom, which is being directed by Varun's brother Rohit Dhawan, also stars John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez. "It was not easy to shoot an action scene as I am new to all this. Through action, we are trying to push the boundaries and do something new. We hope people like the action sequences in it," said Varun
