"I have no problem working in Hindi language films. In fact, I worked in a half Marwari film Trishna when I couldn't even speak the language. I had to learn it," she said. The thing is not that who is in the film. It's the story which is important for me," Freida Pinto said. "I feel 1990s had a slight lack of (strong) female characters. I see resurgence of it now. Acceptance from audience makes it easier to make change at grassroots level. Definitely the change is happening," said Freida Pinto
In a short span of her career in the entertainment industry, Freida has carved a niche of her own in world cinema through her roles in films like Slumdog Millionaire,Miral, Day of the Falcon
