As the Dishoom star celebrated his 44th birthday, we reveal his fitness secrets and diet mantra.

"My problem is that I don't go with the trend. So probably, I am the wrong person to be asked. I will make films which I want to. If something excites me, I will do it, otherwise I won't," said John Abraham

"I still face struggle. Even today, after Dishoom, I struggle, but the struggle is of different kind. The struggles are getting harder today because I am getting tougher on myself. The struggle is about being fitter, stronger and faster,"John said.

Jacqueline, who is currently riding high on the success of her new film Dishoom, an action-adventure film which also featured Varun Dhawan and John Abraham, said that it is her "dream" to work with superstars like Shah Rukh and Aamir

"To be an action hero, you have to look like an action hero and you need to have that physicality and look. People should be scared when you look at them. If you don't have that, then just dance and don't do action," said John Abraham

"Really upset that Dishoom is banned in Pakistan. I don't think the film eventually shows any country in a bad light. It's a wrong decision," tweeted Varun Dhawan

Steven Spielberg's The BFG also releases today. It is a fantasy story set in a country of giants. Actor Mark Rylance plays the BFG or the Big Friendly Giant and the film narrates the story of his bond with a young girl, Sophie

Dishoom, starring John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, has been shot in real time. "36 hours is the time before which we need to find Viraj Sharma. Also, in 36 hours, India will play against Pakistan in the final, so this makes the deadline of 36 hours even more deadly," says Varun Dhawan

"I cannot say I enjoy working the most in that film or I cannot choose it just because of my father or brother. I will equally love my next film like my previous ones," said Varun Dhawan

"I actually don't try to copy anybody. Obviously, I am the youngest in Bollywood. I've been brought up during the time of the nineties films and have watched Salman bhai (Salman Khan), Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan's movies," said Varun Dhawan

"I believe if a film doesn't do well, you have to understand it didn't connect and if it does well, it connected. But there's nothing you can do about it. I don't think after a point people are going to judge your stardom or popularity based on those numbers," said John Abraham

"It is such a dangerous news. They had started this trend during Great Grand Masti, that time we felt that someone was joking, we didn't take it seriously. And then we came to know that it's out and the producers got destroyed in a day," said Mukesh Bhatt, president of The Film & Television Producer's Guild of India
