"It will go on floors by November, once I finish shooting for Bareily Ki Barfi. We will be shooting in Chandigarh and LA. As far as Nargis is concerned, I feel she is a fantastic and lovely girl. I haven't met her yet, but I have seen her work in Madras Cafe," said Rajkummar
Riteish sings, day dreams and whiles away time at a local bar, a fish market and the outskirts of the city while Nargis continues to make appearances in his imagination. Riteish and Nargis also have a Titanic moment but on a rusted and deserted boat
"Banjo is indeed an extremely special film because my friend Ravi Jadhav and Krishika Lulla (producer) both thought of me in this role, which is probably against a so-called type. It is not a comedy. It is a musical," said Riteish Deshmukh
"I didn't have people around to inspire me. But after my first film, I got inspired to try the acoustic guitar. It's hard for me but I still try. I have three of them at home and I pick it up once in a while," said Nargis Fakhri
The trailer shows the 37-year-old actor as a slum dweller with big dreams and introduces him as 'Banjo ke duniya ka Bachchan.' He looks like an unkempt musician, with long unruly hair. Nargis travels to India to find Riteish and his band, and plans to show the world their talent.

"She has no plans to leave Bollywood and will be back to sets to complete the pending patchwork for her film Banjo in the second week of June.
