"I think it's a combination of both my luck and hard work (that has helped me make a name). I have made it a point to sing differently and stand out," said Raftaar
"There is a difference between quantity and quality. Being a rapper, I can say that it is not necessary to put a rap verse in every other song," said Raftaar
"To be very honest, if I ever try acting, I would act in a South Indian film. That is where I am from and that is what I naturally feel," Raftaar told IANS.
"The new song Toh Dishoom which has John and me will be releasing. Raftaar has rapped for it. It's the first time that Raftaar is singing for me," said Varun Dhawan
When asked if he and Badshah intend to collaborate with Honey Singh in future, Raftaar told PTI, "I can only vouch for myself. Never."
"It is really petty for me to be addressing an issue which actually requires no reasoning. Everything is on the public domain and if Honey Singh fails to know Raftaar, its maybe because Raftaar is still very much Dilin Nair who is not affected by stardom or moolah," said Raftaar
Akshay, who is currently seen as Raftaar in Prabhu Deva's Singh is Bliing, was doing a chat session with his fans on Twitter on Saturday for the promotion of the action comedy film.
