"Why doesn't she say there are three heroines in the film? Is there anything less in being a heroine? There are three protagonists in the film and for me, being a hero or a heroine doesn't make any difference," said Shahid Kapoor

"In Rangoon, I play an action star of the 1940s. And Julia is a woman who is very fierce, very fiery. She's a great dancer and a great action star. For the film, I have this look. It's not styled like that. It's more vintage, more wavy which you'll get to see in the film," said Kangana

"Kangana is one of the finest actresses that we have in the industry today. I always want to work with fine actors. I want to work with people like Irrfan Khan and Kangana because they are such great actors," said Mr Bhardwaj

"I never said it (Rangoon) was inspired by Casablanca, but it was from the same period and during World War II. It was also a love triangle. I thought of it as a reference but now it is getting tagged with it. It's good if people are thinking in that way," said Mr Bhardwaj
