Actress Dia Mirza, who also shared the teaser of Raveena Tandon's film, wrote on Twitter: "This is looking fierce!"

The original film, a comic caper directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, featured an ensemble cast of Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor, Shehzad Khan, Viju Khote and Javed Khan

When Onir was asked whether Shab will be Raveena Tandon's comeback film, he said: "Yes it will be, because she had a small role in Bombay Velvet. I genuinely feel that she is an incredible actress and I wanted to work with her on this film since a long time"
