After receiving widespread attention with the abrogation of Articles 370 and Article 35(A) last year, 'Samvidhaan' has been announced as Oxford Hindi Word of the Year for 2019. Other major decisions also contributed Samvidhaan's prominence including Supreme Court's decision on Sabarimala and floor test in Maharashtra.
