Asked about a piece of advice that his father had given him when he found out that he was going to become a father, Shahid said: "Actually more than a piece of advice: what my dad told me was that 'Now, you will know all the complaints that I have always had against you'," he said
"If there is some change or some channel, which would ask us to have an independent hand in creativity and in terms of the content, if they agree to it, then we can make content. But if they want to treat us like managers and themselves as creative people, then I am better off not doing that," said Pankaj Kapur
"It is her life. She can do what she wants to do. It is between her and her husband. She is a child to me. Why would I have any objections? "I believe your children should work on their own and make a name for themselves. By doing this they become confident. My parents did this with me and I tried to do the same with my children. I think the biggest example of this is my son Shahid who did everything on his own without my help"
"I knew that I wanted to become an actor since childhood and trained myself to become one. It is my dream though my parents were very strict about my education and they wanted me to earn my degrees. After finishing my education, I got a call from Mukesh Chhabra's office," said Sanah
"More than Shahid, it was my father who was more intimidating. He is one of the best actors we have in the country, so when I got to know that I would be working with him, I was of course a little scared. There was a pressure," said Sanah
