"Now, she manages to feel the emotions in a story and cry without glycerine. She also has a comedy film with Manish Paul. Her sense of humour is wicked and on screen, it looks even better now. She has always been bright, but is now able to find confidence in her craft," says acting coach Prakash Bharadwaj
Why Sunny's presence at Aamir and Kiran Rao's home was special is because just months ago, Sunny made headlines after appearing on a TV interview widely panned as sexist, judgmental and disrespectful
"One Night Stand deals with the extramarital affairs of a man, who is out of his house for most of time. It reveals the side effects and the problems that crop up in families (due to such affairs)," said Sunny Leone
The fourth season of Koffee With Karan, which aired in 2013, made headlines thanks to guests like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, Ranbir and Kareena Kapoor, and Anushka Sharma
Aamir asked Sunny and her husband Daniel Weber to his hotel for lunch and the meal continued till teatime. "The conversation spilled over into evening tea before they called it a day. Aamir then extended an invitation to them to visit him on the sets the next day. Sunny Leone obliged everyone with selfies and while leaving, gave him a warm hug," a source revealed.
"Even if I get the opportunity to work with him for a second, I would be the happiest girl in the world forever. Even if I am just passing behind, I would be very happy. I think it is any actor's -- whether it is male or female -- dream to work with such an amazing person and such an amazing actor," said Sunny
"When I saw the interview, I was hurt. I felt really bad. I think if there is a good script and nice character, then I don't have any problem working with her," Aamir told the press while celebrating the 10th anniversary of his film Rang De Basanti
"I'm still digesting what he said. I'm still in shock. Whether we work together or not, I'll still always watch his films, and I will always be a fan," said Sunny Leone. On Twitter and Facebook, Aamir Khan had posted: "I will be happy to work with you. I have absolutely no problems with your 'past', as the interviewer puts it"
Here is Sunny Leone with top stars tweeting their support, vocally speaking out for her. Media and social media have been almost unanimous. Not just Aamir Khan - over the last few days everyone have all tweeted their support and, most critically, their admiration for poise in the face of, well, see para above. That, people, is justice
"I think Sunny conducted herself with a lot of grace and dignity in this interview.... I wish I could have said the same about the interviewer. And yes Sunny, I will be happy to work with you. I have absolutely no problems with your "past", as the interviewer puts it. Stay blessed. Cheers," Aamir Khan posted on Facebook
Actress Sunny Leone paid the outsize Khan a giant compliment on Twitter on September 21. It took Aamir a couple of days to respond because a) he's busy filming and b) he's generally tardy with tweets (he was 30 minutes behind Shah Rukh Khan when they revealed the first look of Salman's Bajrangi Bhaijaan). But respond he did, and thanked Sunny nicely
"If actors don't want to be part of a project because of me, what can I do? I can't do anything about it," said Sunny
