"I was fortunate to be working with accomplished filmmakers like Aditya Chopra and Dibakar Banerjee. They are different. They have never interfered with the film. Both of them liked the script as it was written. The journey was to take the script to screen which is a director's job," said Kanu
"Dibakar has been around since the beginning. When I was writing my first script, Dibakar was like why are you writing this film? I realised that may be I need to do something else. We keep bouncing stuff to each other," said Kanu
In Titli, debutant director Kanu Behl has drawn a lot from his own experiences to tackle issues like family and violence.
While making Bombay Talkies with three other directors, Dibakar Banerjee has gone through the most fun experience of his life and he dreads leaving it behind.
