Aishwaryaa On Working With Dad Rajinikanth In Lal Salaam: "Emotional As A Daughter, Surreal As A Director"

NDTV's Sam Daniel caught up with Lal Salaam director Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth. Sharing her experience of working with her superstar father Rajinikanth in the film, the filmmaker said, "Was extremely emotional as a daughter and extremely surreal as a director." Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth described the overall experience of directing her father in an extended cameo as a "blessing." She added that having Rajinikanth on the sets was like a "mini masterclass" and that he is an "obedient actor."
