"To be a successful actor one must wear one's heart up his/her sleeve and keep one's emotions handy and be driven by moods", says actor Ranveer Singh who's set to feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani. He says he was clear as a kid about becoming a Hindi film hero because he grew up on a healthy dose of Shahenshah and Rambo and Indiana Jones. He was rejected by an Indian film school thus he chose to get admitted into the University of Indiana's film institute. Ranveer Singh reveals how he was subjected to "casting couch" while trying to gain a foothold in the Hindi film industry. The actor also discusses about various aspects of his latest project Bajirao Mastani. But the fun-loving actor is critical of how a certain sections of public launch scathing attacks on film personalities as they're vulnerable and constantly under the scanner. He doesn't regret taking part in the AIB roast show which landed him in a huge controversy. He feels actors and performers shouldn't be subjected to this "nuisance" because it takes the public's focus away from their projects & performances.
